Any idea how to get the middle trackpoint button to work as a middle mouse button instead of scrolling? That’s the only annoyance about my new Thinkpad that I haven’t figured out. My old one let you remap that button but nothing I’ve done has changed it here.
Hello, this is totally unrelated, but how did you get your command prompt (or whatever you were using) to look like that as seen in the PDC IronRuby video?
Thanks for the tip
(Twittering mode) For the developpers : I just found this, ad video about development process, quite funnny actually : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlFL-uJ4hmw
Thanks a lot for power beep disable tip. With external speakers connected it was very unpleasant indeed – talk about blowing out my eardrums, let alone my speakers.
I saw other suggested solutions but yours was spot on!

HELP! This “beep when power state changes” option isn’t available in my power manager! I have a Thinkpad SL400. Please tell me there’s another way!

Thank you. Seriously. Thank you. What an awful “feature”. The noise was so jarring.
